[JDEV] Java KVM client

I'm still looking at how I should distribute it. I originally started
working on the code as a servlet for one of my sites, and then played with
the KVM and got the code working under that.

My initial plan is to release the finalised code as binary only with
advertising, but I'm still considering the possibility of a "opensource, but
keep the advert in the docs" type of release.
