[JDEV] Java KVM client

I hadn't looked over the pocketlinux stuff, but it looks interesting.
They seem to be looking to use the full Java environment which requires more
resources than Sun's KVM, but the code I use also powers a servlet I've been
writing so there is a possibility of reuse.
