[JDEV] Transports - AIM

We use the "Oscar" protocol for AIM, which is (mostly?) open. I think that AOL
does not arbitrarily change the protocol all the time (since that would force
all AOL users to upgrade). They may do IP blocking of other IM services, I'm
not sure -- temas could tell us, since he's the one who created aim-t.
