[JDEV] RSS, WX transports?

The RSS-Agent is officially in Coma mode...  I'll keep it alive so long
as there is even limited interest in it.

Don't despair though, I'm working on a replacement that is much much
better.  The new transport is called Meerkat-Service.  It's an agent
that ties Jabber into O'Reilly's Meerkat service allowing for more
stable, and a wider variety of feeds.  As soon as it's in a position to
be released, I will announce it on the jabber.org web site.
