[JDEV] uploaded libxode 1.2 and libjabber 1.2 to debian master

Hello,

just wanted to let you know that i have prepared packages of libjabber and
libxode and uploaded them already to master.debian.org. It will take some
hours until you can see both in the main archive of debians new unstable
release. Please test them.

I am currently working on jabber (replaces: jabber-transport), but this is
some more hard work since i need to write an installer and i need to make
some automated upgrade. I hope we do not change all the layout over and over
again.
