[JDEV] Question about multiple agents

You *cannot* register two ICQ numbers with the ICQ transport.  If you could,
somehow, the transport would have no way of knowing, when an ICQ message
came in from you, *which* ICQ connection you intended to send it out on.  It
would be impossible to administer this in any reasonable fashion, so we
leave it out.  I think you'll find that all the other transports act
similarly.
