[JDEV] Jabber Extensible Client Interface for Java

I found and installed CVS for windows so now I can see inside the jabber
cvs. The problem is I cant find where
the Jabber Extensible Client Interface for Java is supposted to be..
According to Eric Bowersox post in JDEV its in the "java-webb" module
and documentation in doc/java-webb.html
I cant find these directories, has the structure changed?
Im lost and I need some help please....
