[JDEV] urgent: Proxy Server

If I am not mistaken they are referring to another kind of "using a
browser as a client" type of support; not proxy server support.

Basically what needs to be done is to have some configuration option that
causes Jabber to accept HTTP headers when a client connects and initially
send back the correct headers to establish a persistent HTTP connection.
The proxy servers /should/ at that point ignore everything else going
across the connection.

I'm not involved with the Jabber team. 

Here at my little company,  we're hoping to eventually use jabber for a
project we have planned. If the proxy server support is not yet built in
at that time we'll add it . . . but that's at least another month and a
half away before we even get started on it.
