[JDEV] sigc++/signal_system.h

I see that this questiong has been asked before but not answered.

I've been trying to compile various of the Win32 clients in VC++, and
there's a dependency I'm missing.  I can't find a Windows version of
sigc++/signal_system.h anywhere.  Can anybody tell me where this can be
found, or how to get around it?
