[JDEV] Transport problem

[Max Horn]

If a transport crashes, no "unavailable" presence is sent - thus no 
way for clients to show them correctly as offline. I'm not sure if 
it's possible to fix this easily, but maybe someone good take a look 
at it. It's really anonying...
