[JDEV] Information on developing Jabber Client using PHP

	Hmm...  Thanks for the link, but the server these files are on
assume that .php files should be run, not displayed.  (And this isn't IIS,
so we can't trick it into sending them.)  Maybe they need to be .php.txt?
