Jabber enthusiasts,

This summer there is an O'Reilly Open Source conference July 17-20 in
Monterey, California. See http://conferences.oreilly.com/oscon2000/ for
details.

As part of this conference there will be a number of Jabber related events.
Details of each event will be announced shortly but right now here is what
is planned:
	- one or two Birds of a Feather (Bof) sessions
	- a JabberFest social event
	- a Jabber developers meeting

This will be an excellent opportunity to meet with the Jabber development
team that most of you have been conversing with in cyber land via email and
the channels. Mark it in your calendars now and plan on attending.

Jabber is gaining tremendous momentum! So come to the conference and learn
first hand what is currently going on, what the future direction of Jabber
is, and to give your input into that direction.

Hope to see you in Monterey. If you have any questions on this event, you
can fire me an email - skerr at jabber.com. (Note that this event is open to
everyone interested in Jabber. Jabber.com is simply providing some
organizational help in pulling together the event.)
