[JDEV] xdb configuration information

Hi,

As y'all know I'm working on the LDAP xdb database module for 
Jabber.

I was planning on putting the configuration information in the 
jserver.xml file.

My question has there been any formal discussion on the best way 
to include this? Should I add it in via namespace? Or simply copy 
it into the jserver.xml file like this:
<ldap>
...
</ldap>
