[JDEV] design document

Hi,
I'd like for y'all to take a look at the design document that I have 
posted at
http://xdbldap.tigris.org/design/ldap-jabber-integration.txt

And give me feedback.

I understand that in Jabber 2.0 the xdb system will be an external 
process, but my contract with SourceExchange has a due date of 
end of August, so we're going to implement this using the existing 
xdb system, unless someone has a better way.
