Yes, amazingly enough there are enough people who like Roger Wilco that
Microsoft has decided it would be really innovative to create something
exactly like it. There is voice transmission stuff in DirectX now, although
I don't know where. If they use any standard encoding methods whatsoever, it
could be interesting to support that as well.
