[JDEV] Compiling mysql modules

	Take a look at the patch in the /unsupported/odbc directory.  It
creates the needed changes to compile in ODBC support.  (Which is based on
the mysql support.)  I have to warn you however -- the mysql support is
old and a little broken.  While I and my friend were writing the odbc
stuff, we fixed a lot of bugs in the mysql code.
