[JDEV] ICQ Transport stops responding

When I send a message to 1 specific UIN (so far) the message doesn't reach 
it destination and the ICQ Transport (icq.jabber.com) stops responding for 
about 10 minutes.

This UIN happens to be on of the first and only has 7 digits in stead of 8. 
But even when I try a leading 0, the transport also stops responding.

This problem occured for the first time 4 days ago. Does any else have the 
same problem? Has the ICQ Transport been updated recently?
