[JDEV] GPL Licensing and Clients

Hello all,

As a long time Delphi fanatic, I am pleased to see the progress being
made with Jabber using Delphi in the Win32 environment.  Kylix, Delphi
for Linux, when it ships, should help to add momentum to cross platform
work between Linux and Windoze.

My question regards GPL licensing and the use of, specifically, a
GPL'ed COM object by Jabber clients.  Does this GPL license require
that all users of the COM object also use a GPL license?
