[JDEV] Using DataBase instead of flat file

Any body know how to replace informations on user in
flat file (ex: user1.xml in directory var/jspool) with

Informations in DataBase (ex: using mySQL or Oracle).
So we don't have to use flat file and directly access
the informations from DataBase.
