I downloaded the pre version and preliminary build appears to build
without problems.  However, in Etherx the same debug problem causing
core dumps we spotted before is still there, log_debug is defined in the
includes at a defined wrapper to if (DEBUG FLAG) then _log_debug(rest of
parts).  The problem is that _log_debug is not defined anywhere.  Did we
miss something in the distribuiton?
