Some one can help me to install a jabber server?

I have a server whith linux red hat 6.0, and I'm trying to install a jabber server, but i can't do it becouse i don't know if i need more code o libraries, i download the files jabber-transport-0.9pre2, etherx-0.9pre2 and libjabber-0.9pre2, whats next??
