[JDEV] Users-Agent

Meny of you have been asking, and I have heard... just not responded
very fast...

Users-Agent, aka JUD, is now available in the CVS repository
"users-agent" on jabber.org.  Until I can get time to muck with it and
add more storage options, it is MySQL centric.  You are on your own
getting MySQL and the MySQL perl modules to work.
