[JDEV] 1.4 release info

I asked this before but haven't seen anything definitive yet.

What are the expected dates for the Jabber 1.4 server (beta and release)?

What transports are going to be available with this release, and when?

My issue is that I don't want to spend a lot of time wrangling a transport 
into shape on the 1.2 server if it's all going to be redone in the more 
transport-friendly 1.4 release.  ("Transport wrangling" appears to be a major 
preoccupation in this group :-)

fwiw, the transports of most immediate interest to me are groupchat, irc and 
aim.
