[JDEV] msn, icq, yahoo transports for Jabber 1.2

Hi,

I'm the author of msn-t so maybe I can help you with your
compilation problem.  What is the output you get after you run 'make'?
What system are you compiling on?  Also, msn-transport has to be
in the jabber2 directory for it to compile.
