[JDEV] Jabber Administrative Feature Survey

Hi.  I'm the VP of Product Marketing at Jabber.com.  I put together a
little survey on potential features to provide for facilitating Jabber
administration.  Some of these features may be open sourced, some not. 
Either way, we were interested in finding out what you may think of the
features and whether you may have some other ideas for facilitating
