[JDEV] Problem with connecting to ICQ UIN

I've been using an ICQ user when connecting to the ICQ transport (with
WinJab).
In the past few days, I've seem to run into some problems.

When connecting to the transport, I enter the UIN, nickname and password,
like I always do,
but I keep getting the foolowing error:
<iq type='error' id='wj_setreg_wj_2' from='icq.jabber.org'
to='GuySegal8 at jabber.org/JabberConnection'>
<query xmlns='jabber:iq:register'/><error code='406'>UIN 94956445 already
registered</error></iq>

When I connect to this UIN in ICQ,  it works fine.
What's wrong, and how can I keep using this UIN?
