[JDEV] New JabberApplet V1.1 with groupchat

The jar file is available on sourceforge:

will be available when initial QA is complete.

New features include groupchat and show online users only.  Updated users
manual/help file will be coming soon also.  Applet size has grown to 60k.
There's a working copy at java.jabber.org (although it seems slow today).

When using the applet groupchat don't be startled when your roster/contact
list automatically expands  (that's where the applet shows the room
members/status).
