[JDEV] Logging in to ICQ transport

I've set up a Jabber server 1.2 and an ICQ transport.
When I send a registration packet to the ICQ transport, the transport
receives nothing,
and I get a 502 error in my server.
(I'm behind a firewall, but the Debug log shows they connected on port 5269,
which is open).

What's happening?
