[JDEV] groupchat

Hi,

I am trying to debug the groupchat transport.  I am looking for the
place where the callback function gets called for groupchat.  Is that
place deliver_instance.  I send a groupchat message and in the
deliver_instance function I never see the groupchat callback.  Should
this happen here?

If someone could send me a set of configs for running groupchat with
relative locations that would be great.
