[JDEV] Message to console

Hi All,

I am getting the following message quit a bit for all my users.  Do I
have a configuration error?

20001214T20:29:25: [notice] (update.jabber.org): bouncing a packet to
959967024 at update.jabber.org/0.9.6.86 from
user at server.domain.com/JabberIM: (null)
