[JDEV] Jabber Configure Documentation

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am still working on the
configuration documentation. Just my time at this point is really limited.
I'm hoping to get them banged out by the end of next week, when my load
lightens a bit. Sorry for the inconvience and any hardship this may cause.
