[JDEV] ANNOUNCE: KVM/JVM Jabber library released

I've not seen it fatally crash, and I apologise for it doing so.

The only problem I've seen is it sometimes throws an exception when you
start it, but this appeared to occur randomly and starting the application
again seemed to work fine.

Was it during the install or when you ran the program it crashed?

AL.
