[JDEV] Adding a buddy using HTTP Request

Dear all,
    I am developing HTTP based client. I am able to 
set up a session, send a message, receive a message
and draw the buddy list from the server. But I'm not
able to add a buddy to the list using HTTP client.
    Is there anyone who can help me out.
