[JDEV] Bug Reporting!

Hey folks!

We have had a crufty Bugzilla sitting at http://bugs.jabber.org for sometime now. Unfortunatly, it turned into a black hole. To remedy the situation, I've purged the entire Bugzilla database, reinstalled fresh from mozilla.org CVS and got everything setup again. Now our Bugzilla will be the central location for bugs and patches to:

	- Jabber server (and all related libraries)
	- Jabber transports (except those that have SourceForge web sites)
	- Jabber.org Documentation
	- Jabber Programmers Guide

I will personally be maintaining our Bugzilla, so if you have any comments or questions, please fire them off to me. I'll also do my best to not let any portion of the database get crufty again.

The URI is still the same: 

	http://bugs.jabber.org
