[JDEV] 0.9 documentation

That's not a problem.  I found that same page late yesterday.  Why are
we maintaining two sets of documentation?  The General Docs are on
docs.jabber.org and the Protocol is on protocol.jabber.org.

Thanks for the quick response.  I was just a little agitiated to find
that the error messages had changed and broke my old code.
