[JDEV] Removing items from roster

Hey ho -

I'm building a Jabber client for Squeak (http://www.squeak.org/) and have a
quick question perhaps somebody could answer.

On the documentation page describing rosters...

(http://protocol.jabber.org/jabber:iq:roster/)

...it mentions that a client can remove an item from their roster on the
server.  What is the form of the query that causes this to happen, or is
this an error?

Also, are there any circumstances where a client would receive a type="set"
in an iq request?
