[JDEV] Presence bug in Jabber 0.9

Just wanted to note that this contradicts the documentation at 
<http://protocol.jabber.org/docs/presence.html> which clearly says:


3.1 type="unavailable"
All presence is by default expressing availability unless it contains 
type="unavailable"
