[JDEV] MSN Messenger Transport

	Hi, I'm the author of msn-transport.  It is very close to being
finished and it should be working.  You need to encode the '@' in the
MSN Messenger address with '%' like so:
user%hotmail.com at msn.jabber.org.  That might be your problem.
