[JDEV] Perl Team

Hi all.

I'd like to invite anyone who has some perl experience to join the Perl
Team. We've really hit the ground with a lot of new organization and
structure - all we need is a few ambitions and hardworking people and we can
have some dynamic perl modules and programs written for Jabber.

You don't have to have a lot of time to help us out, but we are looking for
people who will devote some energy - not necessarily time, but just people
who have the desire for it and who will be there to write code snippets,
contribute ideas, support development, etc.

I'm sure everyone knows how to join a team, but the next thing you'll need
to do is decide which of our 3 projects you want to help us on. Visit
http://perl.jabber.org/ and check them out. For reference, here are our 4
mailing lists that you'll have a chance to join:

perl-dev at jabber.org - general perl development(I recommend you join this
regardless of any project you want to help out on)

perl-dev-nj at jabber.org - our Net::Jabber project mailing list.

perl-dev-jc at jabber.org - our JabberClient project mailing list.

perl-dev-pbnj at jabber.org - our PBnJ project mailing list.

The info about the mailing lists should be up on the web site by Monday, but
there are descriptions of the projects there already, as well as the best
areas you can help out in.
