[JDEV] etherx feature

I've been pouring over the Etherx and server-server stuff a good deal the
last few days, and have lots of thoughts on how to shift it into a cleaner
architecture without breaking too much.

I don't have the time right now, but one of the things I'll be doing the
first part of this week is focusing on this area, in particular:
=> Protocol docs
=> Architecture docs (including etherx)
=> Info/Query (queries/namespaces)
=> 0.7 Etherx framework and logic
=> Basic 0.7 transport framework

Look for more in a few days on this stuff!

But the reload would still be needed in the case of certain variables that an admin may deem that are NOT setable from remote. This would primary be due to security concerned (Aka, transport names, so I can't connect a transport, and redirect all ICQ/AOL traffic TO it, hence, intercepting it). This would mean that cracking a server would mean more then just compromising an admin level account..
