[JDEV] XML Protocol

Hello,
	I would like *anyone* involved in creating the XML language used by
jabber to contact me. I will be writing documentation on it, and
possibly redoing the DTD... we'll see.

	I want to be sure that we are using "proper" XML, and I would like to
write thorough documentation about it.
