[JDEV] conflicting names from multiple protocols?

Addresses in jabber are based on namespace. Currently, we use the generic transports named aol and ICQ for those two networks. My jabber address for my AOL address would be TwOlf1973 at aol. The primary limitation currently is that in order to interact with the AOL network, you need an AOL account. Before long, we'll have a way to automagically create one FOR you, but in the meantime, you need to already have one..
