[JDEV] UID seperation

Just a suggestion...a FAQ email that's periodically sent to the list (once
a week, every two weeks, whatever...). Many examples in Usenet groups.  
With a standard subject line ([JDEV] FAQ, maybe?) , people who've seen it
can easily ignore/delete/etc., but it would help the newbies out; keep
FAQs off the discussion lists. And/or, it could be emailed to anyone who
joins the list...
