[JDEV] client proposal

Personally, I'm quite agnostic when it comes to deciding upon a formatting
system. The jabber-current protocol doesn't specify a formatting system, and
for good reason: it isn't supposed to.

So far, XSL, HTML, AOL-RTF, and zephyr-esque formatting has been proposed.
Any client wanting to support the Jabber world will definately need to be
well coded. ;)
