[JDEV] conflicting names from multiple protocols?

hello-
    just joined the list... anyway,
        how does/will jabber handle usernames of people from different
messaging systems?  Such as if I happen to have a "buddy" or roster
member from AIM named 'OoerictoO' and one from ICQ named 'OoerictoO'
what happens?
        do we have a roster from each messaging system?
                                just wondering-

also: how far allong is the AIM transport?
