[JDEV] Chat/IRC

I agree with switching them around (good catch Borko!) but maybe I was a bit
confusing on the MIME weirdness issue. This will not conflict with MIME,
however it would be interesting to render a MIME attachment in chat/* mode.
That's all. Nothing more, nothing less.
