[JDEV] XML::Streams

  I'd like to open up a conversation about XML::Streams.  Exactly what are we 
looking for in this module?  Do we want something that basically extends a 
socket object, but handles passes off the streamed packets to a given callback 
that one registers?  Or perhaps passing the data off to a callback based on the 
namespace used?
