[JDEV] Voice Chat

[Neulinger, Nathan R.]

Yahoo has actually had it for a while. But it's not their code. They are
using an ActiveX COM object from HearMe. I talked to hearme.com and it's
pretty clear it's going to remain highly proprietary.
