Yes, indeed it is, and that's good enough for me. I'd go further and say that
it would make sense to track the xmlrpc spec wherever possible, to avoid
reinventing wheels or beating on subjects that have already been beaten on,
and also to leverage some experience across more than one project.
All righty, I guess it's time to stop BSing and actually try to build the
source :)
