[JDEV] Group Chat

This is indeed a great topic becuase I've spent the last 2 years perfecting
a server system for personal chatrooms using Webmaster Chat.
But with Instant Messaging becoming so popular I'm wondering if I haven't
wasted my time since none of my sites have been released yet.
Let's keep this discussion going because I really like Jabber -- believe it
or not -- because of it's XML based protocol. XML will be a force to be
reckoned with in the future -- for one reason, it will be a standard for
data definition.
